“Modal Sosial dalam Implementasi Kampung Tangguh di Masa Covid-19” (Studi di Dusun Jetak Lor, Desa Mulyoagung, Kabupaten Malang)

The Covid-19 that is happening all over the world, including Indonesia at this time, can be said to have a huge impact on the soul of life and can also change the lives of citizens. The pandemic caused residents to suffer social and economic losses, therefore the existence of this condition, Dusun Jetak Lor sparked an idea to form a concept, namely "Kampung Tangguh" which was created by collaboration with the Head of Police and the ranks of stakeholders in which the Hamlet Head, PKK , and the Linmas Task Force. In the concept of "Kampung Tangguh" there are programs namely Jimpitan Beras and Pasar Gandul, each of which will help food security for the residents of Dusun Jetak Lor. The purpose of this research is to know the working process of social capital in implementing the Kampung Tangguh concept in Dusun Jetak Lor. The theory used in this research is Social Capital according to Robert MZ Lawang. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was done by interview, observation and documentation. This study uses the theory of Social Capital which contains elements of Trust, Social Networks and Norms. The results of this study indicate that the existence of the Kampung Tangguh concept in Dusun Jetak Lor to strengthen the food security of the residents through the Jimpitan Beras and Pasar Gandul programs can be said to have been running well. However, there are still obstacles in the application of the concept of “Kampung Tangguh”, namely from the residents who are still unable to adjust to the regulations related to the concept. So that it can be recommunicated with other hamlet organizations to discuss the existence of written and binding sanctions for residents who are still unable to comply with regulations in the hamlet
